Our Warehouse Move-In option is the closest to traditional self-storage — just made easier. Speak with one of our friendly office wizards, and we’ll help you pinpoint the exact amount of storage space you need before you arrive.
On the day your storage begins, simply bring a valid ID and make your way to our facility. When you arrive, we’ll show you your storage module(s) to confirm the size is right, giving you instant peace of mind before you start unloading.
Once confirmed, you can drive directly into our warehouse and park alongside your module(s). From there, it’s a straightforward transfer of your belongings from your vehicle straight into storage — with no trolleys, no waiting for lifts, and no hauling items upstairs.
Our access area is fully ground level, designed for simplicity, speed, and minimal effort.

Are my goods safe using self storage modules?
When in storage itself, our facilities are gated, locked, covered by CCTV and have monitored alarms. Your units are near impossible for unauthorised entry as they are stacked in the warehouse – only you can gain access by booking this in with us in advance.
What if I only need a small storage container?
The small sizes are popular with the Warehouse Move In option, starting with a storage locker which can house 5-8 assorted size boxes. Coming with a big truck from interstate? No problem, we can have as many units available as needed (and your movers will love the drive up access).
How long do I have to load my items?
As long as needed, we can have the units out for days. Please just keep in mind our warehouse opening hours.
What do I need to bring?
We’ll just need some ID for you to sign up. And bring a padlock (or purchase one of ours).
Does your price include redelivery?
With our warehouse move in option, you only pay for the monthly storage. We haven’t included any of our pick up or delivery service pricing in this option.
How do I pack the module so my items are safe?

Are there weight limits on what I can store in a module?
The limit is about 1.2 tonne of contents per module- generally fine for household items. If you have a large quantity of heavy items or boxes, we may need to spread these out over multiple modules – or you could opt for our shipping container option instead.
