Our Professional Loading Service is our most popular option – and for good reason. If you choose this service, you can take a back seat while your move is completed seamlessly by our experienced in-house removals team.
On your scheduled start date, we’ll arrive at your pickup address with a truck, two to three professional removalists, and the storage module(s) you require. Our team takes care of all lifting and loading, carefully wrapping furniture in moving blankets (supplied for free by us) and expertly stacking your module(s) using space-saving techniques which will also minimise movement of your items.
This efficient, “Tetris-style” stacking helps maximise available space (saving you money) while ensuring your belongings are safe and secure for transport.
Once loading is complete, we transport your module(s) back to our secure facility, where they are forklifted off the truck and stored safely inside our warehouse. Our professional loading service is available with our mobile storage in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast

As we are reducing the work required in your move into storage, this typically works out much cheaper than paying a Removalist by the hour to load their truck, drive to a facility and then unload all your items again (plus this has to be done both ends)

We include protective padding free of charge, which our team will use to wrap and pack your bulky items as an added layer of protection.
Flexible sizing
We will bring as many units as required, an you only pay for what is needed. With traditional storage, if you get the size wrong you can be paying for space you don’t need – or even worse if you didn’t order enough space you will need to take out a second unit in the facility somewhere (and this won’t be a discounted rate either)!

Are my goods safe using self storage modules?
The moving and loading is safer than traditional self storage as cutting out double handling reduces risk of accidental damage. When in storage itself, our facilities are gated, locked, covered by CCTV and have monitored alarms. Your units are near impossible for unauthorised entry as they are stacked in the warehouse – only you can gain access by booking this in with us in advance.
What if I only need a small storage container?
Our professional loading service can cater for students only storing a few bags and boxes with our storage lockers, and have 5 different sizes to accomodate all needs.
How long does it take to load my items?
This depends on access to your property and how much you have. We generally allow 1 hour of loading time per 10m3 module, with a team of 2 (so if you had a 4 bedroom home and needed 4 x 10m3 modules – we would allow 4 hours loading time on site). With good access this is generally plenty of time. You may need extra time if access is poor at your location – for example, the distance from the truck to the items is big, you are win a unit with a lot of stairs, or your home is accessed via elevator.
Does your price include redelivery?
We typically only include the pick up in our original quote, unless specifically asked for redelivery. This is because most of our enquiries don’t know where they are going yet – and we will need to know location and access details before we can quote on this.
A Removalist has quoted me $200 per hour, isn't this cheaper?
Typically we are much cheaper than a Removalist taking your items to a traditional storage facility. They will have to drive to you, load their truck, drive to storage and then unload at storage (can be very slow at a new, multi level facility) and then drive back to their facility. When you add up how much time this takes and then compare with our estimate – you are typically well ahead with us.
I forgot to get the Removalist to collect something, can I bring it to you instead?
Yes absolutely no problem, if you need to add extra items into your storage, you can access here free of charge, 6 days per week. We require 2 business days notice to book this in, however if your move was only recently completed, we may be able to assist with this on shorter notice.
Are there weight limits on what I can store in a module?
The limit is about 1.2 tonne of contents per module- generally fine for household items. If you have a large quantity of heavy items or boxes, we may need to spread these out over multiple modules – or you could opt for our shipping container option instead.
