Guided Load Service
Our Guided (Self-Load) option is a cost-effective way to get your belongings into storage without the hassle of hiring a truck / trailer and transporting them yourself. As our modules brought to your door for direct loading, you are saving substantial time and effort compared with the traditional option.
Once the modules have arrived, you and your helpers will be responsible for the heavy lifting, bringing the items from your home out to your storage module on our truck. Our driver (highly experienced removalist, will assist you with wrapping the items and packing them into the module – maximising the space and making sure it is as safe as possible. To clarify, our driver will direct you on what order to bring things out – but will not be coming to and from your home carrying items, this is your responsibility with the guided loading service.
Once loading is complete, we transport your module(s) back to our secure facility, where they are forklifted off the truck and stored safely inside our warehouse. Our mobile storage option is available in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
If you prefer not to be doing the lifting and removals from your home – consider our Professional Loading Service. Already have your own transport organised? You could opt for a warehouse move in instead and just pay for the storage itself.

We will bring as many units as required, an you only pay for what is needed. With traditional storage, if you get the size wrong you can be paying for space you don’t need – or even worse if you didn’t order enough space you will need to take out a second unit in the facility somewhere (and this won’t be a discounted rate either)!

Compare this with the traditional solution of – going to hire a vehicle, drive home, load up, drive to storage, unload into storage (probably needing to do this multiple times), then return the vehicle.

Are my goods safe using self storage modules?
The moving and loading is safer than traditional self storage as cutting out double handling reduces risk of accidental damage. When in storage itself, our facilities are gated, locked, covered by CCTV and have monitored alarms. Your units are near impossible for unauthorised entry as they are stacked in the warehouse – only you can gain access by booking this in with us in advance.
What if I only need a small storage container?
Our guided loading service can cater for storing only a handful of small items and boxes, through to 30m3 of space (about a 3 bedroom home worth). If you need more space than this, we may be able to accomodate over a couple of days, or alternatively please consider our Professional Loading Service.
How long does it take to load my items?
Typically about 1-3 hours depending on your requirements and how many helpers you have at hand. We also recommend having the items in your garage ready or close to where the truck can park – to help speed up the load on our arrival.
How many helpers do I need?
Depending on what you have, we would recommend at least 2 strong helpers to assist you on the day. For a larger home, the more the merrier!
Does your price include redelivery?
We typically only include the pick up in our original quote, unless specifically asked for redelivery. This is because most of our enquiries don’t know where they are going yet – and we will need to know location and access details before we can quote on this.
I forgot to add a few things when the module was here, can I bring it to you instead?
Yes absolutely no problem, if you need to add extra items into your storage, you can access here free of charge, 6 days per week. We require 2 business days notice to book this in, however if your move was only recently completed, we may be able to assist with this on shorter notice.
Are there weight limits on what I can store in a module?
The limit is about 1.2 tonne of contents per module- generally fine for household items. If you have a large quantity of heavy items or boxes, we may need to spread these out over multiple modules – or you could opt for our shipping container option instead.
