- Your modules will be locked and returned to our SmartWay Storage facility at Molendinar
- The modules will be stacked inside our facility
- To access your module, call the office and book in a time. No fee for accessing!
If it is container storage:
- Book our team to collect your goods or hire a removalist of choice.
- Goods are unloaded into either a 20’ or 10’ container and locked.
- You can access 24/7 via a key code into the facility and the keys to your container
If you are a university student and often have a very small amount, sometimes it is worth sharing a module with a friend to cut down on costs when travelling home over the summer break.

Do I have to book in access?
Container storage is available 24/7 with your own pin code access.
Are there lifts and corridors to tend with?
No, there are no lifts and corridors. Easy undercover access on ground level for modular storage.
Shipping container access is directly in front of your container.
Can I load the modules myself to save money?
Yes. The module will be brought to your home and you will directly load into your module. The driver will assist with how to load correctly. Time required is usually one hour per module. The module is then locked up and brought back to SmartWay Storage in Molendinar for storage.
Will my goods get mildew on them while in storage?
The modules are timber and naturally breathe. However, if you bring wet furniture in or for example have water in your fridge or washing machine, mildew can grow.
The same for shipping containers, if moisture is present in the fridge or washing machine, mildew can grow.
Be sure to empty and dry out the fridge and washing machine up to 48 hours before storage.
