SmartWay Storage is a smart option for the residents of Pimpama and Willowvale. With the flexibility of SmartWay Storage, there is also no need to even visit the site especially if you choose the modular system of storage.
The team will bring the modules to you, pack your goods into the modules either by your own means or have our professional team lift and load for you. The modules are locked there and then on site and transported back to the warehouse where the modules will be safely stacked in our facility. Alleviating you of the need to go to the warehouse at all and more importantly of double handling your goods. There is no load onto a truck and then unload into a module at the warehouse site !
Access is available by appointment. Very easy to drive up to your module on ground level.
Alternatively, should you need 24/7 access to your goods, we have insulated shipping containers in two sizes – 20 foot and 10 foot ( 33 cubic meter and 16 cubic meter). Perfect for household storage, work tools, excess stuff from around your home, bulky and large items even cars and jetskis.
Distance from the SmartWay Storage site of Molendinar is not an issue with the use of the mobile storage. So Convenient!
Should you have large bulky items that will not fit into the modules, these can be put into one of the insulated shipping containers. This can be done by our team or your own specified removalist.
Despite the sometimes narrow streets of Pimpama, our truck can navigate and park on the street for easy access to loading of the modules.

FAQs
How do I make a payment?
Storage payments are typically set up to be charged automatically from your nominated credit/debit card. You can also opt to pay via funds transfer, BPAY or cash at our office.
Is a deposit required?
Self storage containers – We require a $150 refundable deposit if you are hiring a self storage container, which is returned at the end of your storage period provided your storage space has been fully emptied and left clean and tidy.
Mobile storage modules – to book the space or a pick up timeframe, we require a $100 deposit per module booked. This amount is then credited towards your first month’s storage bill.
Are my goods safe?
Self storage containers – Our shipping containers are located inside a gated premises which has pin code access, lighting and security cameras. Container locks are recommended which you can purchase off us or you can provide your own.
We consider our mobile storage modules extremely safe as they are located inside a locked warehouse with a monitored alarm and CCTV. The units are also stacked and virtually impossible to get to without one of our team members forklifting the unit down.

Mobile storage modules – 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12pm Saturdays. We require 2 business days notice to book this in.
Are there any extra hidden fees?
There are no sign up or admin or move out fees other providers charge. Your units will need to be locked (buy one of our locks or provide your own), and there is a refundable security deposit with our self storage containers. Other than that it is only storage rent and optional StoreProtect coverage.
If you opt for mobile storage, moving costs are separate and will be quoted in advance depending on your requirements.
