How do I prevent mildew from growing in my container or modular storage unit?
Mildew comes from within the storage unit.
The common cause of mildew is the fridge or the washing machine not having been dried out completely before entering storage.To best prevent this rfrom happening we reccommend that the fridge and washing machine are emptied at least 48 hours before input to storage.
Couches and mattresses can also hold moisture. Leave the plasic cover open at one end to allow air flow.
Various absorption devices can be purchased to help prevent moisture build up in you storage space.
Should mildew build up in fridges or washing machines , a wipe with an antimould liquid will clear up the mildew and leave the fridge or washing machine like new.
Similarly leather lounges will clean up too should mildew grow will in storage.
