Modules brought to you
Our modules are brought to your home. The modules are forklifted onto the truck. The truck can hold 3 x 10m3 modules.
Module Loading
The modules are loaded with your goods either by our professional team or you can opt to self load.
Module Storage
Once loaded, the modules are locked and brought back to the SmartWay Storage facility in Molendinar for storage and safe keeping until required to be brought back . The modules are stacked within the warehouse.
Access is available by calling at least 24 hours in advance to book in an access time.
The access modules are placed in our access shed, ground level, for you to easily access your goods.

Does SmartWay storage sell boxes and packaging materials?
Yes we do. We can even deliver them to you.
What is the process for moving out of a highrise building?
- Inform your building manager.
- Arrange time to book out the lift and co-ordinate with SmartWay Storage.
- Notify SmartWay Storage of the best access point.
- Is a smaller vehicle required,eg a ute, if access is via basement parking.
Do I need to have everything packed and ready prior to pick up?
Yes. Please do not leave packing until the last minute. All of the goods should be protectively wrapped and fridges and washing machines completely dry.
If I opt for a self load does the driver help me?
Short answer is no. You should have at least two other capable helpers to help you self load into the module. You must be packed and prepared on the day of pick up and ready for your goods to be loaded into the truck immediately on arrival. The driver is there to advise you on how to pack correctly and safely but not to do the lifting.
