Typically one module will hold the contents of a one bedroom apartment. Two modules the contents of a two bedroom unit. Three modules a 3 bedroom home , Four modules a 4 bedroom home and so on.
Container storage is also available to the residents of Labrador. The containers are available in two sizes – 20 foot and 10 foot. A 20 foot container will hold generally the contents of a three bedroom home, a small car, jet ski, tools of the trade. The 10 foot container will generally hold the contents of a one or two bedroom home, tools of the trade.

Which storage option is best for Labrador customers?

Pricing depends on volume, access requirements and duration. Residential mobile storage can start from around $169 per month, while 10 foot drive-up containers with 24/7 access start from approximately $260 per month* (check with us for current pricing and availability).
Are you bound to be locked into contracts?
No. Storage is based on a month to month basis.
Do you supply blankets?
Yes. While you are in storage blankets are supplied free of charge. They must be returned at the end of your storage period.
Can I use my own removalist?
The short answer is yes. If you are moving into modules it would be a better option to use our professional removalists as there is no double handling. If moving into the shipping containers we are happy to provide the removal or you can choose a removalist of choice.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes. For a small fee your goods can be covered while in storage.
Are your removalists contractors?
No. Our team of removalists have been with us for many years and are very experienced.
