Is distance from the warehouse an issue?
No. We come to you, pack your storage into the module and take it to the warehouse. You do not need to visit the warehouse at all unless you need access.
Are your removalists contractors?
No. Our team of removalists have been with us for many years and are very experienced.
Is my furniture safe from the humidity?
Our modules are made from breathable, high-grade timber. This allows for natural airflow, which is far better than steel shipping containers and storage sheds for preventing mold and protecting furniture in Gold Coast climate.
Are you bound to be locked into contracts?
No. Storage is based on a month to month basis.
How do I pay for storage?
Our storage system will debit your credit card or bank account each month. Or you can opt to direct deposit
Are there hidden fees?
If your payment is not successful missed payment notices will be sent, followed 3 days later by late fee notice if payment is not made in 7 days. If no communication from you re payment or no payment has been made, then a $35 late fee will be charged.
Are my goods safe?
Self storage containers – Our shipping containers are located inside a gated premises which has pin code access, lighting and security cameras. Container locks are recommended which you can purchase off us or you can provide your own.
We consider our mobile storage modules extremely safe as they are located inside a locked warehouse with a monitored alarm and CCTV. The units are also stacked and virtually impossible to get to without one of our team members forklifting the unit down.
