Customers can choose to have the required number of storage modules brought to their home for either a self load option or have a professional team lift and load their goods for them into the modules. The storage modules are then taken back to our centrally located warehouse in Molendinar to be stored until such time that the customer wants the modules returned. On return, the modules can either be self unloaded or have a professional team do all the lifting and unloading for them. Costs vary on these options and one of our team can help you through this process. The greatest benefit of this is that there is no double handling of your goods. Less chance of breakage or damage.
Typically one module will hold the contents of a one bedroom apartment. Two modules the contents of a two bedroom unit. Three modules a 3 bedroom home.
SmartWay Storage also offers both 16 cubic metre (10’) and 33 cubic metre (20’) insulated shipping container storage. This storage type is great for large bulky items, small cars, jet skis, tradies’ tools. A 20’ shipping container will typically hold the contents of a 3 bedroom home.The containers can be accessed at any time and a parking space is provided in front of each container.
